Developed in Europe by scientists who were affiliated with the aerospace industries,
the A-Metrics sensor offers many real and
countless potential benefits.
The A-Metrics team of researchers and inventors is working closely with
other research scientists
at the University of Exeter, Exeter
Advanced Technologies, National Physical
Laboratory (NPL)
in the UK, and the Charlotte
Research Institute at the University of
North Carolina at Charlotte.
Their ongoing research is focused on quantifying applications for this platform technology across all industries and sciences.
In 2005 the team began conducting tests at NPL designed to
calibrate the device and to test the patent claims of angstrom-level
sensitivity. (Click

Exeter.) The
interim results have indicated the device’s
superiority to competing technologies in many ways.
The A-Metrics team continues to research and develop additional
areas of application.
